Spring steel print sheet with double-sided PP powder coating, for the Original Prusa XL and Prusa XL+. Its slightly textured finish, similar to the satin sheet, ensures adhesion of polypropylene-based filaments, including Prusament PP Carbon Fiber, without a separation layer.
It allows large PP parts to be printed. It is suitable for PP-based materials as well as PLA, PETG and TPU, as other materials tend to detach during printing.
Cleaning and wear
The sheet is degreased with IPA. Acetone must be avoided: it partially dissolves the coating, leaves stains and reduces both adhesion and service life. After removing a part, an imprint may remain visible without transferring to subsequent prints, and the bed texture may mark the underside. The coating is a wear part.
