Kit of spare parts and fasteners for routine maintenance and repairs of the Original Prusa XL FDM 3D printer in single-tool configuration. It covers the wear parts of the print head, the side filament sensor and the heated bed.
The kit is intended for the single-tool XL. It is not compatible with the XL+. For an XL in multi-tool configuration, the dedicated kit is the Spare Parts Bundle (XL Multi-Tool).
Installation
The hotend and heatsink are supplied assembled, including the load cell and filament sensor, so the print head can be replaced as complete sub-assemblies and machine downtime is kept short. A heated bed tile and its cable are included for work on the segmented heated bed of the XL.
Replacement procedures are described in the XL repair manuals on the Prusa knowledge base.
