Adhesion and simplified part removal
This build plate consists of a flexible steel sheet covered with a PEI (ULTEM) coating textured on both sides. This surface ensures the adhesion of parts during printing while allowing quick removal of the parts once the plate is slightly bent. Reversible, it offers two print faces that can be used one after the other.
Its magnetic design allows quick installation and simplified maintenance. Its robust structure withstands the stresses of intensive use and limits maintenance operations. Depending on the printer configuration, installation may require the use of shorter Z endstop blades to compensate for the thickness of the plate.

Developed for Volumic printers fitted with a magnetic bed, this flexible plate installs directly in place of the original plate. Its textured PEI coating makes it easier to print technical parts while reducing the need for adhesion products in many applications.
