Double-sided powder-coated print sheet for the Prusa Pro HT90 heatbed, developed for polypropylene-based filaments, in particular Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black. PP materials adhere poorly to textured sheets. The specific finish of this sheet, lightly textured like the satin sheet, increases their grip.
No separation layer is required, and the sheet supports printing large PP parts.
Materials and maintenance
Apart from PP, only PLA, PETG and TPU stay attached, other materials tending to detach mid-print. Cleaning is done with IPA. Acetone damages the coating.
