Spring steel print sheet with double-sided PA Nylon powder coating, for the Original Prusa XL and Prusa XL+. It attaches to the high Curie temperature magnets of the heated bed, and its surface finish improves the adhesion of polyamides, in particular Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber.
No glue stick is required. It is suitable only for polyamide-based materials and PETG, as other materials tend to detach during printing.
Surface care
The sheet is cleaned only with clean water, with a drop of dish soap for greasy areas. IPA and acetone quickly degrade the coating. With use, the surface becomes shinier in places and the XL Z-probing points leave visible marks, without affecting adhesion. The coating is a wear part.
