Winkle PLA HD Glitter is a glitter-filled PLA filament made in Spain for FDM/FFF 3D printing. The particles blended into the material give parts a sparkling appearance and reduce the visibility of layer lines, which cuts down on rework for cosmetic parts.
It is available in 1.75 mm diameter, on a 1 kg spool, in five colours: Night Blue, Military Green, Galaxy Black, Purple and Coral.
Printing behaviour
The filament prints between 190 and 230 °C on a bed heated between 50 and 70 °C, with good adhesion between layers. The manufacturer recommends printing in a ventilated room. The spool is supplied in a sealed bag that protects the material from moisture and UV, with a guaranteed moisture content of 400 ppm maximum (coulometric Karl Fischer method).
