The chemical structure of Winkle PETG Standard makes it more transparent, less brittle and easier to print than conventional PET. It withstands higher temperatures than PLA and combines elasticity, impact resistance and layer adhesion.
It requires a higher melting temperature than ABS but is easier to print, while remaining more demanding than PLA. The manufacturer intends it in particular for lighting elements and display parts.
Processing
Set the nozzle between 220 and 240 °C and the bed between 60 and 80 °C, for a print speed of 50 to 70 mm/s. Winkle recommends printing in a ventilated environment. These values assume a correctly calibrated printer (PID, mechanics and hotend).
