Use
Magigoo SuperGrip comes as an applicator pen. Shake the bottle for 3 to 5 seconds, press the tip against the cold plate surface to start the flow, then spread a thin, even layer over the whole printing zone. Printing can be launched immediately, with no drying time. Once the part has cooled, lightly flexing the sheet is enough to release it: the hot-adhesion / cold-release mechanism eliminates the need for a spatula and preserves both the part and the printing surface.
For consistent performance, clean and then reapply after each print session and keep the tip clean.
Applications and yield
SuperGrip specifically targets flexible and coated plates (smooth PEI, textured PEI, PC, satin surfaces and other technical surfaces). Its formulation forms a protective layer that limits surface wear over time, and allows more than 250 complete prints per pen on a 235 × 235 mm plate, without flaking or loss of adhesion. A proven solution for series production in a multi-material environment.
