Use
Each solution comes as an applicator pen with a marker-type tip, which allows a thin, even layer to be deposited over the whole print plate with no aerosol or dispersion. The operator selects the formulation matching the material being printed, shakes the bottle, applies it to the plate according to the size of the part, then launches the print following the filament manufacturer's recommendations.
Once printing is finished and the plate has cooled, the part releases easily. Adhesive residues clean off with the supplied cloth, lightly dampened, without being aggressive to the printing surface.
Applications
The kit targets workshops working with a wide range of technical and standard materials on a single machine fleet. Magigoo PA handles polyamide / nylon, Magigoo PC handles polycarbonate and its reinforced versions, Magigoo PP handles polypropylene, and Magigoo ABS covers the more conventional filaments (ABS, PLA, HIPS, PET-G, TPU). This versatility makes it a proven solution for design offices, professional fab labs and multi-material series-production environments.
