Magigoo Pro PC comes as an applicator pen with a marker-type tip, which allows a thin, even layer to be deposited over the whole print plate with no aerosol or dispersion. The adhesive is intended for heated beds: it is designed to withstand the high bed temperatures required by polycarbonate and its reinforced versions (PC, PC-ABS, fibre-filled PC), and to provide reliable adhesion despite the marked thermal shrinkage of this material family.
Once printing is finished and the plate has cooled, the part releases easily, which reduces the risk of breakage or marking of the printing surface.
Applications
PC is widely used for functional parts with high mechanical, thermal and fatigue resistance, but its high shrinkage and elevated transition temperature make it a demanding material in terms of plate adhesion. Magigoo Pro PC targets series-production and technical-prototyping workshops using polycarbonate and its reinforced versions, by ensuring reliable, repeatable adhesion over long cycles.
