Adhesion of high-temperature materials
Magigoo HT has been developed for technical filaments requiring high extrusion and bed temperatures. It is suited to materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI as well as their carbon-fibre or glass-fibre filled variants.
Its formulation limits warping and detachment phenomena on FDM prints subjected to high thermal stress. The product maintains stable adhesion on a heated bed and then allows simplified removal of the part after cooling.
Use and care
Application is carried out directly on a clean, cold plate using the integrated stick. A thin, even layer is generally sufficient for standard prints, while a second application can be used for bulky geometries or high-shrinkage materials.
Magigoo HT is compatible with several printing surfaces such as glass or PEI. Cleaning the plate is done simply with water after use. The use of an enclosed or heated chamber remains recommended with high-temperature polymers.
