Operation
The EQ CL36 chamber post-cures resin-printed parts by exposure to 405 nm UV-LED radiation. Its irradiance reaches 205 mW/cm² at a 40 mm working distance, with adjustable light intensity allowing the cycle to be tailored to the material and part geometry.
The LED sources have a service life of around 20,000 hours, which limits maintenance in production use.
Use
The unit runs on a 110 to 240 VAC supply and fits into a post-treatment station, after the parts have been printed and washed. It is designed to work alongside the Loctite EQ PR10.1 DLP 3D printer and its associated resin, within a controlled manufacturing workflow.
