LOCTITE 3D PRO476 is a technical photopolymer resin developed for the production of rigid parts requiring a good level of dimensional precision and mechanical strength suited to functional prototyping applications. Compatible with DLP, LCD and MSLA technologies, it enables the production of detailed parts with a homogeneous finish and controlled shrinkage after curing.

Its formulation is designed for professional environments looking for a versatile resin for geometric validation, technical assemblies or small-series components requiring good stability after printing and UV post-processing.

Mechanical behaviour and printing

PRO476 exhibits a balance of rigidity, impact resistance and dimensional stability. This behaviour enables the production of technical parts capable of withstanding repeated handling, assembly operations or moderate mechanical stresses.

The controlled viscosity of the resin promotes stable processing on compatible DLP and MSLA equipment. The surfaces obtained after printing present a level of detail suited to functional prototypes, housings, jigs and mechanical integration elements.

Applications and post-processing

After cleaning and UV curing, parts can be sanded, drilled or painted depending on finishing requirements. This resin is suited to prototyping workshops, R&D departments and industrial environments looking for a technical material for rapid production of validation parts or non-structural components. Several references and packaging formats are available depending on production needs.
