LOCTITE 3D IND475 is a technical photopolymer resin developed for the production of rigid parts intended for industrial applications and functional prototyping. Compatible with DLP, LCD and MSLA processes, it delivers parts with good dimensional stability suited to assembly operations, geometric validation or repeated handling.

Its formulation is optimised to produce technical parts with a homogeneous finish and impact resistance superior to that of standard resins. It is suited to production environments looking for a versatile resin for rapid development cycles and functional short series.

Mechanical behaviour and post-processing

IND475 combines rigidity, impact resistance and moderate elongation to limit brittle failure during handling or mechanical assemblies. After cleaning and UV curing, parts retain mechanical properties suited to functional validation applications and non-structural components.

The material can be sanded, drilled or painted according to finishing constraints. Its controlled viscosity also facilitates processing on compatible resin printers used in prototyping workshops or industrial environments.

Industrial applications

This resin is suited to the production of jigs, housings, covers, technical prototypes, assembly aids or dimensional validation parts. Several references and packaging formats are available depending on production needs and integration constraints.
