Printing behaviour
PETG-R prints at a recommended extrusion temperature of 195 to 230 °C, on a heated bed of 35 to 60 °C, at a speed of 40 to 70 mm/s, with no odour released during processing. Its good inter-layer bonding promotes part watertightness, and its mechanical properties remain comparable to those of standard PETG-S.
Owing to the use of recycled material, slight variations in tint may appear from one batch to another; they do not affect the technical properties, which are systematically checked by the manufacturer.
Recycled origin and applications
PETG-R contains at least 95 % post-industrial recycled materials for the coloured versions, and 100 % for the natural translucent version, sourced from luxury and medical packaging offcuts. The recycled material is 100 % French in origin. Its flexibility and mechanical strength make it suitable for many functional parts requiring good watertightness.
Store away from light, moisture and heat in order to preserve the product's properties.
