Function
This wire provides the electrical return for the heated bed: the black conductor is used as the GND line (ground). Paired with the red VCC wire, it completes the power circuit needed to heat the bed during printing.
Full assembly of the heated bed requires both wires, black and red; this product includes only the black wire. As a spare part, it replaces a worn or damaged conductor.
Use
Replacement is carried out following the procedure in the Prusa repair manual for the relevant printer model, available in the manufacturer's knowledge base. The product includes one black wire.
