Filaflex Purifier uses the flexible formulation of Filaflex 82A, Shore 82A hardness and 650 % elongation, with the addition of Pure.tech additives. According to Recreus, the surface of the printed part adsorbs CO₂, NOx and VOCs from the ambient air and converts them into mineral particles through catalytic and photocatalytic reactions.
The manufacturer states that the effect is activated by contact with ambient humidity and UV light, without any external trigger, and that its efficiency depends on the exposed surface. Applications cited: device covers and protections, pots and containers, textile accessories, soles, outdoor items.
Printing behaviour
Purifier prints like 82A: 240 °C with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 3.2 mm³/s, up to 248 °C with 1.0 mm. The bed can stay cold for small parts and rise to 45-50 °C for large ones. Retraction of 1.5 to 3.0 mm at 40 mm/s, fan off except on layers shorter than 8 seconds, drying at 55 °C for one hour before printing.
