The Revo ObXidian High Flow nozzle combines the wear resistance of the ObXidian range with the High Flow internal geometry. The tool steel insert and the E3DLC coating protect the nozzle against carbon or glass fibre filled filaments, while the High Flow geometry increases the heat exchange surface to extrude more material per second.
The form factor stays that of a standard Revo nozzle: existing mounts and fan ducts stay in place. The nozzle is preassembled with its heatbreak and is changed by hand, cold.
Usage limits
Some heavily filled materials, including Polymaker's PolyMide range (PA612-CF, PA6-CF, PA6-GF, PA12-CF), can cause significant wear on an ObXidian nozzle. For filled materials, check the minimum recommended nozzle diameter on the filament datasheet. A Z offset adjustment may be needed after a nozzle change.
