The Revo High Flow nozzle increases the volumetric flow rate of a Revo hotend without changing its form factor. A dedicated internal geometry increases the contact surface with the filament and improves heat transfer, so more material can be extruded per second. Existing mounts and fan ducts stay in place.
Like every Revo nozzle, it comes preassembled with its heatbreak and is changed by hand, cold, with no tools.
Diameters and heating
The range covers the 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm diameters and adds 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 mm for wide extrusion lines. Each nozzle has HF and its diameter engraved. The 40 W HeaterCore is sufficient in most cases. E3D recommends the 60 W HeaterCore to reach full flow with high temperature materials such as polycarbonate.
