3DLAC – 400 ml Aerosol

3DLac is an adhesive aerosol lacquer formulated for FDM 3D printing, designed to promote first-layer filament adhesion on the build plate. Sprayed cold onto the plate, it deposits a thin, uniform film that increases adhesion during printing and allows clean part release once the plate has cooled.

Its formulation is proven on most print surfaces found in workshops: glass, smooth PEI, toughened glass, textured or smooth flexible plates. The 400 ml pressurised bottle format is suited to frequent use in professional or serial production environments, where first-layer stability determines the print launch success rate.

Application

Apply to a cold plate at a distance of approximately 20 to 30 cm from the surface, in thin, crossed coats for a uniform deposit. Allow to dry for a few seconds before starting the print. A single application generally covers several print cycles. Residues are cleaned with warm water or IPA depending on the plate material. The technical data sheet and safety data sheet (MSDS) are available from the supplier for integration into HSE procedures and workshop safety documentation.

Applications

Suitable for common FDM filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PA, TPU) on the vast majority of market plates. Particularly useful for large parts, parts with a large footprint, or parts printed in high-shrinkage materials, where delamination during printing is a known risk.
