La Surgical Guide Resin est destinée à la fabrication de guides chirurgicaux implantaires, de guides chirurgicaux pilotes et de gabarits de dimensionnement. Formulée spécifiquement pour les imprimantes Formlabs, elle a été testée pour répondre aux exigences de précision et de qualité de pièce du secteur dentaire, ainsi qu'aux protocoles de désinfection par solvant et de stérilisation en autoclave associés aux systèmes d'implants.
Stérilisation et mise en œuvre
Les guides imprimés sont biocompatibles et supportent la stérilisation en autoclave, ce qui les rend adaptés à un usage peropératoire. Le matériau s'inscrit dans le flux numérique Formlabs : impression SLA, lavage à l'isopropanol puis post-cuisson avant utilisation clinique.
Les propriétés mécaniques — résistance à la flexion de 102 MPa, module de flexion de 2 400 MPa et allongement à la rupture de 12 % — assurent la rigidité nécessaire au bon positionnement des forets pendant l'intervention.
