General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 - Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between B5 Productions , a company with its registered office at 18 rue Berjon B03, 69009 Lyon, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 492 238 118, operating the brand F3DF and the website 3DPRINT.SHOP , hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any professional legal entity or natural person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
The 3DPRINT.SHOP website is exclusively intended for professional clients (B2B). Sales to individuals are not accepted.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which shall prevail over any other document of the Client, particularly their general terms and conditions of purchase.
Article 2 - Products
The Seller offers the following products for sale:
- 3D printing machines (FDM, SLA, SLS)
- 3D scanners
- Consumables for 3D printing (filaments, resins, powders)
- Spare parts and accessories
- Professional software (licenses)
- Services (training, maintenance, design office)
The products offered are those featured on the 3DPRINT.SHOP website on the day of consultation by the Client. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered.
Article 3 - Prices
The prices indicated on the website are in euros (€) excluding taxes (HT) , excluding delivery costs. The applicable VAT is that in force on the day of the order.
Article 4 - Orders
Professional registration
To place an order, the Client must create a professional account and provide:
- Company name
- SIRET number or equivalent
- Intra-community VAT number
- Billing and delivery address
- Contact details of the purchasing manager
Article 5 - Payment methods
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card via Shopify Payments
- Bank transfer
- Deferred payment at 30 days for validated clients
Article 6 - Delivery
Delivery within the European Union only.
Products are shipped via Chronopost . A tracking number will be provided.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales between professionals.
Article 8 - Guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects apply.
Article 9 - Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or improper use.
Article 10 - Intellectual property
All content on the site is protected.
Article 11 - Personal data
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client has rights regarding their data. See the Privacy Policy.
