The Spare Parts Bundle XL Multi-Tool is a complete kit of spare parts and workshop consumables dedicated to the FDM Original Prusa XL printer in multi-tool configuration (dual-tool or five-tool). It groups together the most frequently needed items for continuous operation: complete hotends, heatsinks, fans, sensors, and associated hardware.
The kit is intended for series production workshops, fab labs, and industrial environments where printer uptime is critical: it enables preventive maintenance operations to be anticipated and reduces downtime in the event of a printhead extrusion component replacement.
Kit contents
The assembly includes two pre-assembled hotends with 0.4 mm brass nozzle (heater block, heating cartridge, thermistor), two heatsinks fitted with the load cell and filament sensor, and four fans (hotend and part-cooling). Also included are one heated build plate tile and its cables, two left and right lateral filament sensors with their wiring and accessories (ferrules, 45 mm PTFE tubes), multi-tool accessories (calibration peg, silicone strips for parking plate, cable clip plugs), two cable holders, two 1275 mm PTFE tubes, three Nextruder socks, associated hardware, Prusa lubricant, twenty cable ties, a cleaning needle, and an IPA pad.
Implementation
Parts installation is carried out in accordance with the Prusa repair manuals available on the online knowledge base, to be selected according to the operation to be performed. Parts are available in the variants specified by the manufacturer; this kit corresponds to the XL multi-tool configuration and is not suitable for single-tool printers or other platforms in the range.
