Printing behaviour

PETG Force combines a PETG matrix with a composite reinforcement loaded with glass fibre and carbon fibre to produce technical parts exhibiting high rigidity and good mechanical strength. This material is suited to industrial applications, functional prototyping, and structural elements requiring enhanced dimensional stability.

The filament requires the use of a steel or stainless steel nozzle with a recommended minimum diameter of 0.6 mm due to its abrasive nature. However, the external coating technology developed by the manufacturer limits wear on extrusion components and facilitates its use across a wide range of professional FDM printers.

Storage and processing

PETG Force exhibits slight moisture sensitivity due to its PETG base. Storage in a dry environment with desiccant is recommended to preserve extrusion regularity and the material's mechanical properties. Printing is carried out on a heated build plate with standard adhesion and may require the addition of a brim depending on part geometry.
