PETG Refill comes as a coil without a spool, to be fitted on a reusable spool. This packaging removes the plastic carrier from each refill and reduces storage volume for the same amount of material.
SUNLU states high impact resistance and durability against acids and alkalis for this PETG, with good layer adhesion. The material is used for functional parts, housings and workshop fixtures that are handled regularly.
Processing
The nozzle range given by the manufacturer runs from 240 to 260 °C, for printing speeds up to 300 mm/s, with a bed between 60 and 70 °C. For storage, SUNLU specifies drying at 50 °C and sealed storage below 20 % relative humidity with desiccant.
Fitting on a reusable spool
The coil fits SUNLU third generation 2025 reusable spools and Bambu Lab reusable spools. The 1.75 mm diameter and the ± 0.02 mm tolerance are those of the spooled PETG range.
