Adhesion of metal-polymer filaments
Magigoo Pro Metal is designed for FDM applications using metal-filled filaments such as BASF Ultrafuse® 316L and 17-4PH. These materials present specific constraints linked to thermal shrinkage and the fragility of green parts before debinding and sintering.
Applied to the print plate, the solution improves first-layer adhesion in order to limit warping and detachment phenomena during printing. The formulation is also approved for the post-processing steps associated with compatible materials.
Use and part removal
The product is applied directly to the printing surface using the integrated applicator stick. After the plate has cooled, part removal is made easier in order to limit mechanical stress on green parts before post-processing. The formulation is non-hazardous and non-flammable, suited to a professional production or prototyping environment.
