LOCTITE 3D IND3380 is a technical photopolymer resin formulated for industrial applications requiring high thermal resistance and durable ESD properties. Designed for compatible DLP and MSLA processes, it enables the production of rigid parts with good dimensional stability and chemical resistance suited to electronics manufacturing and assembly environments.
Its formulation is optimised for applications subject to elevated temperatures, including jigs, technical supports, housings or handling components used in electronic and industrial manufacturing lines.
Thermal behaviour and ESD properties
IND3380 is characterised by a high heat deflection temperature combined with stable ESD dissipative properties over time. This combination enables the production of functional parts intended for electrostatic discharge-sensitive environments, while maintaining significant rigidity after UV post-processing.
The material also exhibits isotropic behaviour limiting mechanical weaknesses on the Z-axis. The surface finish obtained after printing and curing is suited to technical parts requiring fine details and controlled geometry.
Industrial applications
This resin is suited to the production of low-pressure tooling, ESD trays, electronic component supports, assembly jigs or functional parts exposed to thermal stresses. Several references and packaging formats are available depending on production needs and usage volumes.
