LOCTITE 3D IND402 A70 High Rebound is an elastomeric photopolymer resin designed for the production of flexible parts requiring high elastic recovery and good mechanical fatigue resistance. Compatible with DLP and MSLA processes, it enables the production of flexible components intended for functional prototyping, damping interfaces or contact parts subject to repeated deformation.

Its polyurethane formulation offers behaviour close to certain industrial elastomers with controlled deformation after compression. The resin is suited to R&D environments and applications requiring stable flexibility after UV post-processing.

Mechanical behaviour

IND402 A70 High Rebound is characterised by intermediate Shore A hardness combined with high elongation and significant energy restitution after bending or compression. This combination limits the permanent deformation phenomena observed in certain standard flexible resins and enables the production of technical parts with controlled elastic behaviour.

The material is suited to the production of seals, guards, shock-absorbing elements, handles, flexible interfaces or retention components requiring good mechanical resilience.

Post-processing and applications

After printing, parts require cleaning and UV curing to achieve final mechanical properties. The resin can be used for functional prototypes, ergonomic validation parts or small technical series incorporating flexible zones. Several references and finishes are available depending on production requirements.
