LOCTITE 3D IND3785 is a technical photopolymer resin formulated for industrial applications requiring high mechanical strength and good thermal stability. Compatible with DLP, LCD and MSLA processes, it enables the production of rigid parts intended for functional prototyping, tooling and technical components subject to repeated mechanical stresses.

Its reinforced formulation is suited to production environments looking for a resin capable of retaining its properties after UV polymerisation and extended use. It is suited to the production of jigs, technical supports, housings or functional elements requiring good dimensional stability.

Mechanical and thermal behaviour

IND3785 combines high rigidity, flexural strength and thermal stability to limit deformation during assembly or technical use phases. This behaviour enables the production of parts suited to industrial applications requiring mechanical strength superior to that of standard resins.

After cleaning and UV post-processing, parts present a homogeneous finish compatible with drilling, sanding or painting operations. The controlled viscosity of the material also facilitates processing on professional resin equipment.

Industrial applications

This resin is intended for prototyping workshops, R&D departments and industrial environments looking for a rigid material for the rapid production of functional parts. It can be used for assembly aids, technical components, housings or mechanical validation parts. Several references and packaging formats are available depending on production needs.
