Printing behaviour
TPU-R extrudes between 210 and 250 °C on a heated bed of 60 to 90 °C, at a speed of 20 to 70 mm/s. As a polyurethane elastomer, it requires controlled feeding, with direct-drive extrusion generally preferable for flexible materials.
With a hardness of 90 Shore A and elongation at break above 300 %, it prints soft, elastic parts. Its no-break impact behaviour makes it suitable for parts subjected to repeated deformation.
Recycled formulation and applications
TPU-R is formulated 100 % from recycled materials and compliant with REACH regulations, making it a reduced-footprint option for flexible parts. Its translucent tint and good elasticity make it well suited to the electronics, automotive and consumer goods sectors.
Store away from light, moisture and heat to preserve the product's properties.
