Propriétés et applications
L'iglidur J260 est un tribofilament offrant une durée de vie très élevée et un très bon comportement au frottement sous charges faibles à moyennes. Il conserve ses propriétés jusqu'à 120 °C en fonctionnement continu, ce qui le destine aux applications à température élevée.
Disponible également en ébauches et en moulage par injection avec des propriétés de frottement et d'usure similaires, il permet de conserver le même matériau du prototype à la série. Il convient aux paliers lisses, guidages et pièces glissantes exposés à la chaleur.
Comportement à l'impression
La mise en œuvre de l'iglidur J260 est exigeante et s'adresse à des utilisateurs expérimentés. Elle requiert une température d'extrusion d'environ 280 °C, un plateau pouvant atteindre 120 °C et, de préférence, une enceinte chauffée.
Sans enceinte chauffée, seules de petites pièces peuvent être imprimées correctement ; ce matériau n'est pas recommandé pour les géométries complexes.
