Printing behaviour
Extrudr TPU hard prints between 230 and 260 °C on a bed heated to 50–60 °C. Its Shore D58 hardness makes it noticeably more rigid than conventional Shore A TPUs, which makes extrusion easier than with soft flexibles and allows use on a wider range of drive systems.
The manufacturer nonetheless classes it among the filaments reserved for advanced users: a controlled printing speed and limited retraction remain recommended to preserve extrusion consistency on production parts.
Industrial applications
A proven formulation oriented towards industrial applications, this TPU offers high-temperature resistance, good chemical resistance and balanced mechanical properties. It is intended for functional parts subjected to repeated stress: rigid dampers, stops, technical supports, semi-flexible wear parts, fittings and components exposed to chemical agents. The Flex Line range is also available in Soft, Medium and Hard versions, allowing the hardness to be matched to the specification without changing brand.
