Principe de coloration
Le Color Kit repose sur une cartouche de Color Base Resin associée à cinq pigments : cyan, magenta, jaune, noir et blanc. Par dosage et mélange de ces pigments, l'atelier compose la teinte recherchée avant impression, ce qui supprime les opérations de finition, de coloration ou de peinture habituellement appliquées après impression. La couleur étant intégrée à la résine, elle est présente dans la masse de la pièce et non en surface ; le rendu obtenu est mat et opaque.
Mise en œuvre
Le kit s'inscrit dans le flux SLA Formlabs et s'utilise sur imprimante Form 4. La préparation de la teinte se fait en amont de l'impression par combinaison des pigments avec la Color Base Resin, puis les pièces suivent les étapes habituelles de lavage et de post-cuisson propres aux résines SLA.
