The Revo Brass Nozzle combines the nozzle and the heatbreak in a single preassembled part. It screws by hand, cold, into any hotend of the E3D RapidChange Revo system, with no tools and no hot tightening, which removes the assembly errors that cause hotend leaks.
Changing the nozzle diameter takes a few seconds. It becomes simple to switch between a fine nozzle for detailed parts and a large nozzle to cut the print time of bulky parts.
Identification and use
Each nozzle has its diameter engraved in easy-to-read numbers, and the colour-coded silicone sock shows the fitted size without dismantling the print head. Revo nozzles cannot be used with V6-style heater blocks. A Z offset adjustment may be needed after a nozzle change.
