Avec une dureté Shore 50A, la BioMed Elastic 50A est un matériau souple dont le comportement se rapproche de celui des tissus mous humains. Cette propriété en fait un support adapté à la simulation et à la formation médicale.
Elle est destinée aux modèles anatomiques de formation, aux simulateurs chirurgicaux et aux dispositifs portables (wearables), pour lesquels la flexibilité et le réalisme tactile sont recherchés.
Biocompatibilité et mise en œuvre
Photopolymère de qualité médicale, la BioMed Elastic 50A est conçue pour des applications biocompatibles et fabriquée selon un système de management de la qualité ISO 13485.
Après impression, les pièces sont lavées puis post-polymérisées ; cette étape est nécessaire pour atteindre les niveaux de sécurité requis. La validation de la biocompatibilité finale relève du fabricant de la pièce.
