Ce matériau est fabriqué dans une installation certifiée ISO 13485 et enregistrée auprès de la FDA. Sa formulation est destinée aux applications nécessitant un contact cutané prolongé de plus de 30 jours ou un contact court avec les muqueuses inférieur à 24 heures.
Propriétés mécaniques et post-traitement
La BioMed Elastic 50A Resin présente un comportement élastique avec une dureté Shore 50A et un allongement à la rupture de 150 %. Le post-traitement SLA comprend un lavage à l’alcool pour retirer les résidus de résine en surface, puis une étape de post-polymérisation nécessaire pour atteindre les propriétés finales du matériau selon les recommandations du fabricant.
