This Gen4 titanium heat break is a spare part for the printheads of Volumic STREAM ULTRA, SC, SC2, MK3, SH65, and EXO42 ranges. Designed to limit thermal creep between the heater block and the extrusion system, it contributes to temperature stability during long prints or at high flow rates.
Its titanium construction reduces heat transfer in the cold zone of the printhead, to limit the risks of premature filament softening and blockage phenomena caused by heat creep.
Integration and maintenance
This part integrates into the compatible extrusion assemblies of the Volumic Gen4 range. It is suited to preventive maintenance or replacement operations on professional FDM printers used in prototyping, small-batch production, or continuous manufacturing.
Also compatible with certain earlier MK2 machine generations, this heat break is adapted to environments requiring controlled thermal consistency and stable, continuous extrusion of technical materials.
