Operating principle
The fire Amulette operates with no human intervention. A heat-sensitive bulb integrated into the head bursts when the temperature reaches 93 °C, which releases the extinguishing agent and neutralises the start of a fire.
The relay function transmits the triggering information to a technical alarm or commands the cut-off of an electrical device, which allows the event to be supervised remotely.
Extinguishing agent and installation
The extinguishing agent is a clean fluid, water-free, non-conductive and non-corrosive, which leaves no residue and preserves electrical and electronic equipment. The device is fixed using two screws; connecting the relay function allows the triggering to be linked to a technical alarm or to the cut-off of an electrical device.
