AESUB yellow SPRAY 200ml

AESUB Green 1 liter is a long-lasting volatile matting consumable for 3D scanners, packaged in a 1-liter container for application with a spray gun. This format differs from the 400 ml aerosols in the range: it is designed for preparing large surfaces (vehicles, boats, fuselages, large body parts or machine tools) and automated scanning installations, where reproducibility of application and the volume of product available become critical parameters.

The deposited coating is matte white, thin, and non-slip, optimized for capture by structured light, laser triangulation, or infrared light technologies on reflective or transparent surfaces. The formulation is pigment-free: the spray mist does not contaminate sensors, laboratories, or users. The deposit sublimates completely in approximately 24 hours, leaving no residue and requiring no cleaning.

Implementation

The product is applied with a spray gun, at a distance of 15-20 cm from the part, using regular back-and-forth movements to obtain a homogeneous layer over large surfaces. The solvent evaporates in a few seconds, and the active agent remains on the surface as a matte white coating whose opacity increases with drying. Scanning can begin as soon as it is completely dry. The coating remains stable for a long time, eliminating the need for successive re-sprays on large objects and allowing for automated scanning workflows or extended multi-pose setups. Reference points adhere to the coating, which is useful for photogrammetry and stitching.

Safety and Storage

Highly flammable liquid and vapor; may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways; causes skin and eye irritation and may cause drowsiness or dizziness; toxic to aquatic organisms with long-term adverse effects. The product contains C6-C7 hydrocarbons (n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclic, <5% n-Hexane). Mandatory use in a well-ventilated area, away from any open flames, hot surfaces, sparks, or ignition sources. Appropriate PPE required (gloves, goggles, respiratory protection). Do not spray on hot, incandescent, or food-contact components. Store in a closed container, dry, between 18 °C and 21 °C, away from sunlight. Minimum shelf life of 3 years.
