AESUB Green 1 litre is a long-duration volatile matting liquid for 3D scanning, packaged in a 1-litre container for application by spray gun. This format distinguishes itself from the 400 ml aerosols in the range: it is dedicated to the preparation of large surfaces (vehicles, boats, fuselages, large body panels or machine parts) and automated scanning installations, where application reproducibility and the volume of product available become critical parameters.
The deposited coating is white matt, fine and non-slip, optimised for capture by structured light, laser triangulation or infrared light technologies on reflective or transparent surfaces. The formulation is pigment-free: the spray mist does not contaminate sensors, laboratories or users. The deposit fully sublimates in approximately 24 hours, leaving no residue and requiring no cleaning.
Application
The product is applied by spray gun at 15–20 cm from the part, using regular sweeping movements to achieve a homogeneous layer over large surfaces. The solvent evaporates within a few seconds, the active agent remains on the surface as a white matt coating whose opacity increases with drying. Scanning can begin once fully dry. The coating remains stable for a long time, eliminating the need for successive re-spraying on large objects and enabling automated or extended multi-pose scanning workflows. Reference points adhere to the coating, which is useful for photogrammetry and stitching.
Safety and storage
Highly flammable liquid and vapour; may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways; causes skin and eye irritation and may cause drowsiness or dizziness; toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. The product contains C6-C7 hydrocarbons (n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics, <5 % n-Hexane). Use is mandatory in a well-ventilated area, away from naked flames, hot surfaces, sparks or sources of ignition. Appropriate PPE required (gloves, goggles, respiratory protection). Do not spray on hot, incandescent components or those intended for food contact. Store in a sealed container, dry, between 18 °C and 21 °C, protected from sunlight. Minimum shelf life of 3 years.
