Ultracur3D RG 3280 is a composite resin intended for applications requiring high rigidity and good thermal resistance. Its high ceramic particle loading yields parts exhibiting a high modulus and excellent dimensional stability after curing.
This material is particularly suited to the production of tooling, moulds, inspection jigs, technical fixtures, and test models subjected to demanding thermal environments. Its mechanical behaviour positions it among the technical resins intended for industrial use and functional prototypes.
Processing and post-treatment
Despite its high mineral filler content, the resin maintains a relatively low viscosity and good vat stability, limiting particle settling during printing. This characteristic supports consistent production on compatible photopolymerisation equipment.
After printing, parts require cleaning and UV curing in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations to achieve the expected mechanical and thermal performance. The resin is available in different references according to supply requirements.
