Propriétés et applications
Développé pour le secteur alimentaire et de l'emballage, l'iglidur A350 dispose d'une conformité alimentaire du matériau brut selon le règlement UE 10/2011 et les exigences FDA. Il résiste à des températures jusqu'à 180 °C, est retardateur de flamme selon UL94-V0 et peut être stérilisé à la vapeur (autoclave).
Sa couleur bleue correspond à la couleur standard employée dans ce secteur, à des fins de détection visuelle. Il convient aux paliers, glissières et pièces d'usure en contact avec les denrées alimentaires ou exposées à des conditions de nettoyage sévères.
Comportement à l'impression
L'iglidur A350 requiert une imprimante 3D haute température : sa mise en œuvre nécessite une température d'extrusion de 340 à 360 °C et une enceinte chauffée à au moins 160 °C, avec un objectif de 180 °C. Une imprimante sans enceinte chauffée n'est pas adaptée à ce matériau.
