Printing behaviour
Filaflex SEBS 90A prints at a nozzle temperature of around 250 °C on a bed heated to 50 °C. Its Shore 90A hardness, firmer than the softest flexible materials, makes it easier to extrude and places it among the soft materials of medium difficulty.
A direct drive extruder and a steady print speed are still recommended; bed adhesion is strong.
Properties and applications
Based on SEBS rubber, this TPE combines flexibility, elasticity, and a rubbery feel. The Shore 90A hardness offers a balance between flexibility and structure, suited to parts that need to deform while retaining a degree of shape. It is suited to seals, protective covers, handles, dampers, and flexible technical parts.
