Its very low shrinkage allows for printing large parts without the risk of warping or detachment. The high inter-layer adhesion makes it suitable for functional parts subjected to mechanical stress, technical supports, and applications requiring internal or external sealing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePETG tends to string: prior drying of the filament and appropriate retraction settings can limit this phenomenon. Fine detail rendering remains inferior to that of PLA, and long bridges are less controlled.
